Iceberg lettuce often gets a bad rap nutrition-wise, but the crunchy salad staple isn’t all bad. While dark leafy greens like spinach and kale are far better for you, iceberg lettuce does have some perks. Perhaps you can mix some in with your other greens for a nice medley and variety.
